21 Days to make or break a habit. What changes would you make?

If you follow my Facebook Page you will have seen the odd post here and there, about a free promo I am running at the beginning of February. (When school goes back and many of us have normal routine again!!) The 21 Day Habit Changer.
​This isn’t about New Years Resolutions, as such, it just seems a good time to start it, and if we work together, maybe we will keep those habits going!!! It will also be run at other times throughout 2017.
​It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I am 100% sure you could meet anyone in the street and there will be something they want or need to change in their life. I’m not talking losing weight here. I know that is a goal for many of us (yep, me too, if I’m honest), but isn’t the changes you make to lose that weight more important?

Maybe a habit you need to change is…..

  • Exercise for 30 minutes every day
  • Drink 2l water every day
  • Remember to stop at work for your breaks
  • Prioritise family over work/family/phone/xbox
  • Positive self talk
  • Go to bed earlier
  • Get up earlier to make the most of your day
  • A little ME time, every day
  • Saying NO to the kids without feeling bad
  • Create a routine and stick to it
There’s so many! It really is up to you and what you want to get out of it.

​But I want to help. So I am setting up a group on Facebook, where we can all get together and help each other make and break these habits. I know what some of mine are:

  • 10,000 steps a day. Currently, I meet that about 3-4 days a week.
  • In bed before 11.30pm. That may sound late to a lot of you, but for us, that’s early, and something I need to change.
  • Finishing the project I am on, before starting the next!! This won’t be a daily habit to change, but one I can still work on.
