Hi, I’m Nikki! I’m 38, I have a hubby, 2 kids (8 and 11), a cat, 2 rabbits, and a boxer puppy named Alfred. In my mid 20’s, while working in the industry, I trained as a Fitness Instructor, Weight Loss Coach, and almost completed my Personal Training qualification, before life took over, and amongst other things, we had our first child.

6 years later, 2 kids, new house and many, many kilograms later, I decided enough was enough and it was time to get my body, and my life back.
I started on this journey, for what seemed like the millionth time, in mid 2015. I decided my focus would be on making better food choices, learning to be kinder to myself and gradually increasing my exercise. I knew the weight would follow when it was ready, and it is doing just that!
Through reclaiming my life, I re found my passion for also helping others get their life back, and I decided that it was time to make use of those qualifications that were just sitting there, and help others while I continue on my own journey.
After quite some time away from the Fitness Industry, I can identify with ladies who do not feel they “belong” in a traditional Fitness Centre, and so I would love to offer my services to those people, and we can be “misfits” together.

Most recently I have added Online Personal Training to my range of services. This has been more successful that I ever expected, and I am loving the opportunity to work with, and help, even more ladies. It gives ladies who may not have the access, or the confidence, to join a gym or exercise class, without even needing to leave their homes.

Whilst I do not fit the “traditional” mold of a Trainer, I get good results with those I work with, I am sensitive to the needs of the less confident exerciser, and am always up for a giggle as we go along.
And most of all – I get it. Why not work with someone who has actually BEEN there, and understands the battle that can ensue with trying to get your life, health and happiness, back on track?

Join me in my journey, and get in touch to share yours with me, too.
Nikki xx
