  • Weekly, informative newsletters.
  • 1-1 Confidential support/advice via Messenger, email or text, when needed.

BUT WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP? I’M GOING OK BY MYSELF?

That’s awesome, some people are super motivated and ready to take charge on their own. If that is working for you, then keep doing what you’re doing.

However most of us find fitness more fun, and our results are far superior when we have a buddy – someone to check in with, and hold us accountable to our goals. So just think of me as your online exercise buddy. I will advise where needed, cheer you on when things are going well, listen when they are not, and kick your ass when I need to!!

There’s actually quite a few differences! For starters, the time frame. HFH is a 12 week programme, where Fitter, Faster, Stronger is only 6 weeks. HFH is all about the gentle approach to improving your whole lifestyle – It encourages a move towards happiness, being more active, making better food choices, and even a better sex life!

Fitter, Faster, Stronger is a shorter, much more intense programme. It is purely focused on the fitness side of your life.

Both programmes include daily contact from me (via Facebook Groups), both include nutritional guidance from The Tattooed Nutritionist, so it all comes down to what you want to achieve as to which plan is better for you.

Whichever programme you choose, the results are entirely up to you. I can’t do this for you, you have to do the hard work yourself, and you have to WANT to do the hard work. I will support you wherever I can, but only YOU can actually DO IT. It’s all you.
