Online Personal Training

Maybe you live in a remote location. Maybe you just don’t have time to get to a gym to see a Personal Trainer. Maybe you want to exercise/get advice at “crazy o’clock” Maybe you just want someone to hold you accountable to your goals? Take a look at my new online option – You First. A 10 week plan to help get your life, fitness and happiness back on track! There’s also the option for 1-1 online coaching, for even more of a personal touch!

 One on One Personal Training – Tauranga only.

In my studio, out doors or in the comfort of your home. One on One Personal Training sessions focus on YOU, and the results you want to get. Sessions are one hour long and include regular progress checks – fitness tests, and weighing and measuring (if desired.)

Small Group Training – Tauranga only

Small groups (no more than 4 per session) are great to keep each other going, make new friends and see great results. I am happy to set up a class time for a minimum of 2 ladies per class.
