Online Personal Training

Maybe you live in a remote location. Maybe you just don’t have time to get to a gym to see a Personal Trainer. Maybe you want to exercise/get advice at “crazy o’clock” Maybe you just want someone to hold you accountable to your goals? Take a look at my new online option – You First. A 10 week plan to help get your life, fitness and happiness back on track!

 One on One Personal Training – Tauranga only.

In my studio, out doors or in the comfort of your home. One on One Personal Training sessions focus on YOU, and the results you want to get. Sessions are one hour long and include regular progress checks – fitness tests, and weighing and measuring (if desired.)

Pairs Personal Training – Tauranga only.

Come along with a friend and motivate/push each other to get great results. Exercising with a friend means I can focus even more on technique and strategies to get you both to where you want to be. Sessions can be in my home studio, outdoors or wherever suits you. 
Sessions are one hour long and include regular progress checks – measurements, scales (if desired), and fitness checks. Prices are per SESSION not per person.

Small Group Training – Tauranga only

Small groups (no more than 10 per session for early 2020) are great to keep each other going, make new friends and see great results. I am happy to set up a class time for a minimum of 4 ladies per class.

Casual Session – $15
5 Sessions – $60 ($12 per session)
10 Sessions – $100 ($10 per session)
​        20 Sessions – $180 ($9 per session)

Prices are effective from 2019. If you are unavailable for your normal scheduled class, you are welcome to attend an alternative class as a replacement, please just give me 12 hours notice you will be coming to a different class.
Booking required via text or Messenger for all casual sessions. More available classes coming soon.
