So you know how I work with ladies on the daily? I chat with them, I work with them, I help them make better choices in their life?

Help them to see that they are worth caring for, that their health promotes their family’s health. That more energy means they can perform their work, their play, their LIFE better and easier. I also hold them accountable to their goals – make sure that they stick to what they say they are going to do, to not slink off into the sunset and go back to not caring for themselves, to sitting on the couch, eating chocolate and watching Netflix (though that pass time does have it’s place every now and again!)

As a Coach (be it Accountability, face to face Personal Training, group classes, suggesting new recipes or exercises, or just being a supportive ear) has so many positives, and very few negatives, and I absolutely LOVE what I do. Seeing ladies make positive changes to their lives and knowing that I helped, even in a small way, to encourage them along to care for themselves better, it’s an awesome feeling.

But you know what? I have my own coach!

Not for health and fitness, although sometimes I could do with that too! No, I have a coach to keep me on the straight and narrow when it comes to running my businesses. Someone to bounce my ideas off, and to ensure that I actually follow through on the plans and ideas that I have. Sometimes, in both lifestyle AND business, having an impartial person listen to your thoughts and struggles, to give their thoughts when they aren’t emotionally invested in the situation as you are, it can really help.

The advice doesn’t even have to be revolutionary or ground breaking. Just another persons perspective is sometimes all that you need to see things differently. Do find a way to get something done in an easier/faster/more practical way.

I first worked with AJ Pipe a couple of years ago, when I won a months Coaching with her as part of a big business package I won. I made some pretty awesome changes, particularly when I snuck away on one of her business retreats. I stuck around for a few months after, but business was most definitely NOT booming, nor was my money management, and life was happening, as it often does. So I had to step away for almost a year. I did say at the time that I would be back, but it took longer than I wanted. A few months ago, I was finally in a position to come back. I had a LOT of things I wanted to implement, and I needed help FAST. Things have escalated pretty quickly from there, and I’m on track to know what it is that I need to do to keep building on this progress.

This is why we work well together. Who says you can’t be a bit silly and have fun, while still doing what needs to be done?









And it’s the same with Fitness Coaching.

Online Coaching. Lifestyle Coaching. Wellness Coaching. Accountability Coaching. Call it what you like. We can do it face to face if you’re in Tauranga, or we can work together online, no matter where in the world you may be. It doesn’t matter, as we can do everything we need do via email, phone, Zoom or even good old Facebook Messenger. We don’t have to be in each others pockets for me to help you turn your lifestyle and habits around. We don’t even have to be in the same time zone! All it takes is for us to get to know each other, for me to learn what makes you tick, what sets you off on a spiral, and then we can work together to replace the not so great habits with some amazing new ones, and help you to get a new lease on life.
