I just finished the You First program and I think a couple of take outs from the last 10 weeks has been. 1. Getting consistency with sleep – def a lot better than when I started. 2. Me time – not always getting it, but being more aware that I need to make time for it and enjoy it. 3. Having that daily exercise in the morning really helps my mental state and is such a good way to start the day.
Really enjoyed the program, the support from Nikki and the group, and the focus areas.
