WHAT’S THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY?

Doing the same thing over and over, each time expecting a different result.

 

Is that you? How’s that working out for you? Not great? So maybe it’s time to refocus and make some changes. You know I can help you with that, right?

The New Year is looming, and I’m not one for “New Years Resolutions”. They don’t work. Like so many 12 week programmes, what happens at the end? Do you go full steam ahead then just stop when you finish the 12 weeks/get bored/find it too hard? Cos I have a secret for you… It IS hard. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do it.

So. What do you need to do to get there? Why am I telling you about my programmes that start in the New Year, if I’m not a fan of New Years Resolutions? Because it’s not about the whole “New Year, New You”. I run these right throughout the year, but there’s no point running them over Christmas as no one is around, for a start. BUT. The New Year, to many, seems to be the ideal time, when motivation is high, the days are longer and warmer, what better time to have a lifestyle reset, get you headed in the right direction to overhaul your whole life?

Although these programmes are for a set amount of time, you need to come up with a plan for life AFTER them. How to carry it on (even if to a lesser extent), to keep on top of those big changes you made, the big gains you achieved, which is something that New Years Resolutions do not usually take into account.

I currently run 2 different online programmes. Both are tailored to specific needs and goals.

Happier, Fitter, Healthier is a 12 week programme, aimed at restructuring your WHOLE lifestyle. I’m talking food, exercise, sex, happiness, motivation, kindness, gratitude. The whole shebang. It is a gentle approach with a checklist to show you exactly what you need to do, and how many “ticks” you get each day is entirely up to you, of course the more you get, the better you will do.

Fitter, Faster, Stronger is a different ball game. 6 weeks long, it is much more intense, and aimed purely at what it says – getting you fitter, faster and/or stronger. This is for ladies who maybe want to really step up their fitness level, or have a specific event coming up that they want to work harder on training for.

Both programmes involve a lot of encouragement from me, exercise programmes/suggestions, advice to help you get further towards your goals, daily contact with me via a Facebook Group, and Nutritional advice from The Tatttooed Nutritionist . Neither programme is focused on weight loss, although if you complete the programme, make the changes you need to make, and STICK WITH IT… yes, you will lose weight, if that is something you want to achieve. Some ladies want to gain weight, and we can work on that as well. Whatever your goal, we can make it work.

It doesn’t matter if you are already active and want some more motivation to keep gaining, or are feeling pretty slothlike and need a good kick up the ass to sort your shit out and live your best life. Either way, I want to help you get there.

I say it every time I talk about it, but I will say it again. I run these programmes, I stay with you every step of the way, but it is YOU that does the work. YOU have to be in it to get to your goals. There simply is NO QUICK FIX. It’s up to you to want it, and to do it. If you don’t, then you are just throwing money down the toilet and will still feel the way you feel now. How do you want to feel in 6/12 weeks? The same as you do now, or a fitter, healthier version of now?

And you will.  You just need to be dedicated and motivated. But I can help with that too.  Daily accountability contact, via the group, and weekly 1-1 contact helps to keep you on track. If you know someone is going to “nag” you about what you have been doing, it makes you more likely to show up and do the work.

How do you want to feel in 6/12 weeks? The same as you do now, or a fitter, healthier version of now? I know what my answer is.
